In January of 2011, Hope Lutheran Church took on a grand experiment in leadership. We realized that the structure we were functioning under had not been effective for ministry in many years. We spent time imagining what a new model might look like.

We decided on a team model. This structure focuses on collaborative ministry where anyone is free to meet with any team that fits their gifts. These teams focus on 3 different areas of ministry: Congregational Mission & Outreach, Congregational Life, and Mission Support.
